Akira Back Bangkok, the innovative Asian dining destination on the top floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting guests and local residents to savor the tender, delicate flavor of white asparagus this May, with an exclusive new promotion.
To celebrate the arrival of white asparagus season, the culinary experts at Akira Back have crafted a series of delectable new dishes. Diners can choose to order Grilled White Asparagus (THB 680++), cooked simply to showcase the sweetness of this premium product, and complemented with black garlic butter, parmesan and shio gonbu, or a sublime seafood plate of Pan-Seared Halibut (THB 790++), accompanied with white asparagus and a delicate soya beurre blanc.
Meat lovers can indulge in two mouth-watering dishes: Wagyu Short Rib (THB 1,390++), which is slow-cooked for 48 hrs until wonderfully tender and paired with white asparagus, root vegetables and beef jus, or Japanese A5 Wagyu (THB 4,100++) a succulent steak served with white asparagus and truffle beef jus.
